Initial Consultation
The first visit includes getting to know you and your health history. You will be given a chance to complete the intake form and explain to the doctor your goals and reasons for coming to see us. For your convenience the intake form is also on our website, WellnessUnlimitedLLC.com. The doctor will take a detailed history and consultation along with a thorough exam. After all the data has been gathered and a diagnosis has been determined, the doctor will then recommend what course of treatment is appropriate for you. Every patient is unique and each condition will have its own care plan. All treatment plans and fees are thoroughly explained. The only appointment necessary is the initial visit. This allows us to spend time with you and determine the best care possible. After the initial visit, it is not required that you schedule an appointment for chiropractic, rehabilitation, or traction. Your comfort is also very important to us. Please inform us of any and all concerns that you might have. If you have never been to a Chiropractor you may be a little nervous. Even the doctor had to have a “first adjustment.” We understand and will walk you through the process. We endorse the research that states when a bone is improperly aligned in your spine or extremities, the misalignment can cause irreparable damage if it remains undetected or uncorrected. Often pain motivates patients to seek chiropractic; you do not have to be in discomfort to benefit from our care.
